We believe that quality doesn't have to be expensive; no remodel
job is to small to be considered by Daniel Cardenas Construction.
We are happy to bid projects. Typically Daniel Cardenas Construction
like to get onboard early in the design phase to offer guidance
and work closely with the Architect or Designer. If you have a
smaller project and do NOT have an Architect and/or plans, our
Design-Build Team will be happy to
provide plans for a set fee based on the scope of work. Don't

page. Daniel Cardenas Construction, Inc can also help with obtaining
permits.
Design~Build
Design-build is a service that takes the daunting task of finding
a qualified Architect and Builder together into one seamless process.
One of the major benefits of a Design-Build Firm is the team approach
that is incorporated from the start of the project with the Architect
and Builder at each stage of project from planning to completion.
Upon request, the services of an Interior Designer within our
team can be added to help make those final important design decisions
and material specifications. At Daniel Cardenas Construction we
work with you to develop your vision into reality.
Having the Contractor incorporated early on allows more thought
to be given towards value engineering within the design process;
this helps keep the clients budget in line, which is always a
respected concern throughout the process. Upon completion of the
plans, an estimate on the cost of the project is given and reviewed
against the client's budget. After any final adjust to the scope
of work, a final price is negotiated upon to the mutual satisfaction
of both parties. A building contract is signed, the project is
scheduled, and construction begins. If you are looking for a lot
to build on, the Design-Build Team can also provide local listings
through our in-house real
estate broker. It's a Team effort!
Some of the processes for an addition may
include: (Free) Initial Meeting, Design Meeting, Field
Measurement Meeting, Preliminary Drawing Submission to Client,
Preliminary Design Review, Interior Design Consultation, General
SqFt Cost Estimate, Prepare Construction Drawings, Plan Submittal,
and Project Estimate.
